Are our products pre-treated?

All our products are treated with an animal Friendly preservative.

What wire do we use?

We use 19g galvanised wire on all our products.

Do we make bespoke items to your own specifications?

We are able to make a bespoke item for you,

please include a contact phone number in case I need to talk to you.

How Long Before I receive my item?

All our products are made to order, We aim to dispatch items within 2 - 3 weeks. This can increase during busy times.

Please contact us if you need an urgent product or for an upto date dispatch time.

(Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days)

Are they ready made?

Unfortunately due to courier volume sizes and weights all our products are sent flat-packed.

We do however make and design them for easy assemble.

How will I know when my items have been dispatched?

I will email you with a delivery day, as your item needs to be signed for upon receipt.

Why haven’t I received an answer to my email?

I try to answer all emails within 2 hours.

Some email account send my reply back to me as undelivered, This happens quite a lot if you have a Hotmail email account,

That is why we ask for a contact phone number as this can be very helpful in case this happens.

Do we take card payments over the phone.

Yes we are able to process card payments over the phone.
