Faulty and Damaged Goods

If the item in faulty or in a damaged condition, Please inform us within 3 working days of receipt. We will either arrange to have the item picked up at our expense or will send you a replacement part. No Refund Given

Unwanted Goods

If upon receiving your goods you decide you don't want them, or you ordered the wrong item, Please inform us within 7 working days of receipt.

You will need to return the item to us at your expense, upon receipt we will inspect the item and as long as it is in a resalable condition, we will refund the original item cost (Minus a 25% handling Charge) back to the payment method you purchased the item with.

Delivery.

We will email you with delivery and tracking details when your goods have been dispatched.

Delivery times are stated on the right side column on each page.

Your item will need to be signed for on receipt from the courier company.
